Strategic Alliance Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, achieving quotas, generating revenue, and influencing decision-making.
You will leverage your expertise to develop go-to-market strategies and adapt offerings to meet customer needs across diverse markets.
Supported by the Ecosystem function and regional Centers of Excellence (COEs), you will ensure effective partnership management and collaborate closely with partners to drive pipeline generation and impact revenue.
- Responsible for driving pipeline generation, impacted revenue, closed business, and renewal rates.
- Collaborate with partners to manage territories and connect customer needs to XM related offerings.
- Develop partners to execute against Qualtrics GTM plan and manage accountability of partners.
- Strategic Go-To-Market: End-to-end 'sell with Partner' activities driving revenue generation through partners.
- Partner Development: Collaborate with partners to manage territories and connect customer needs to XM related offerings.
- Results-oriented Partner Management: Develop partners to execute against Qualtrics GTM plan and manage accountability of partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with PEM (if available) to build XM GTM campaigns.
- Experience in SaaS selling as an Enterprise Account Executive or Sales Leader.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
- Solution selling capability to drive consultative sales processes.
- Confidence working with C-level executives.
- Program management skills to manage complexities of working with multiple partner sellers.
- Coaching and enablement skills to activate partner sellers.
- Ability to enable others and scale.
- Passion for winning and creative solutioning.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or other relevant professional degree encouraged.
- Able to travel 50% of the time.
