Strategic Alliance Director for EMEA and LATAM

This role focuses on developing strategic relationships to drive measurable results in revenue growth, market share expansion, and depth within HCL/Wipro sales teams.
The successful candidate will center their role on creating and executing unique business strategies with each potential team and business unit. They will be measured primarily on the joint business executed with their assigned partner across EMEA+LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement business plans to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the partner organization to design a compelling value proposition that inspires them to promote our solutions.
- Create services based on our emerging and established technologies to increase revenue growth.
- Provide regular communication and performance reports to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment.
