Healthcare Sales Representative

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the digitization of healthcare in the Nordic region. This exciting opportunity involves marketing and selling our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio to hospitals, with a focus on improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell assigned products within an assigned geographic territory, negotiating with clients, generating leads, and providing clinical product presentations and demonstrations. You will also be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, and delivering customer presentations focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Nordic, negotiating with clients, generating leads, giving clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.
- Provide clinical and technical product expertise on the product/modality across the accounts.
- Deliver customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understands and addresses competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product/modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation.
- Monitor competition and changes in the industry, and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
- Achieve established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.
- Develop and execute territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets.
- Partner with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage. Understands and selects the right promotional tactics to optimize sales, responsible for maximizing promotions.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business review within respected area.
