Sales Development Representative

TN Sweden is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play an instrumental part in powering our revenue generation through innovative sales strategies within an existing portfolio of accounts.
">">This position requires excellent customer communication skills, with the ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients. You will be responsible for research, identifying, and generating new opportunities via phone and web on a weekly basis, as well as methodically qualifying, building, and managing an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.
">- You will have the opportunity to work in a high-paced tech industry, selling solutions with a consultative approach in a high-energy environment. Comfortable selling to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating multiple decision makers in large complex orgs.
- Ideal experience working in the Nordics market, fluency in English and Finnish (native-level) required.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills. A creative solutions thinker who can drive sales success, detail-oriented and flexible.
- Research, identify, and generate new opportunities via phone and web on a weekly basis.
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.
- Strategically build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts.
- Sell solutions with a consultative approach in a high-energy environment.
- Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
- Deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices.
- Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating multiple decision makers in large complex orgs.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
