The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying sales opportunities and often be the first point of contact with potential Yubico Business customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify sales opportunities and schedule meetings with qualified prospects
  • Collaborate with Salesforce to manage accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Conduct a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social connections to customers and prospects to gather and share information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested in learning more about our products and services
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to drive opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Report to Team Lead EMEA APJ Sales Development
Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Able to take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and work effectively on projects with minimal direct supervision
  • 2 years of selling experience
  • Based in Stockholm
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Polish
