Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Junior Account Executive to contribute to the growth of our enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our sales through an Account-Based Experience (ABX) approach.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic hunter, eager to innovate and excel in a high-pressure environment, with excellent time management and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a robust top-of-funnel pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities for Enterprise Sales Directors.
  2. Account-Based Experience Strategy: Utilize an ABX approach to tailor interactions and engagements with targeted accounts, enhancing lead quality and conversion rates.
  3. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to amplify the reach and effectiveness of campaigns within designated territories.
  4. Lead Follow-Up: Swiftly respond to actionable inbound leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  5. Motivation and Innovation: Embodies a driven and innovative spirit, thriving under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage with key stakeholders within targeted accounts, leveraging insights and data to personalize outreach and communications.
  7. Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, providing feedback from the field to refine and improve targeting strategies.
  8. Sales Qualification: Conduct initial qualification of leads, assessing their fit and potential value before passing them along to Enterprise Sales Directors for further development.
  9. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely data on leads and interactions.
  10. Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing IT sales opportunities within mid-market and enterprise clients or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent time management and sales 'soft-skills'.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft preferred.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English languages, both written and verbal.
