Sales Executive
About the Role:Efecte Corp. is a Service Management software company with a proven track record and platform, seeking a driven Sales Executive to fast-track their career in tech sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage your own annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Manage sales pipeline through sequential stages of the sales process: pipeline creation, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, and close, as well as upsell/cross-sell.
- Establish trust with C-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers to determine needs, build value, and create engagement and acceptance of Efecte's solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, BDR, and Presales teams to conduct activities including outreach, emails, social selling, and sales demonstrations with identified ICPs.
- Proven experience in software or SaaS sales (minimum 3 years) with an excellent track record of exceeding revenue quotas.
- Experience in working with public sector customers or software resellers in the Nordics is considered a bonus.
- Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal) partnered with excellent social skills and the ability to deal with rejection.
- Proven academic track record (BBA or above).
- Fluency/native in Swedish and English.
- Able to work full-time on-site at our Stockholm office in the city center.
