We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for creating qualified B2B leads for our sales team. This includes analyzing past deals, identifying similar opportunities, and crafting marketing campaigns and lead lists for new sales. You will also oversee sales automation tools to nurture your identified leads and leverage AI tools to enhance our sales and marketing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage our lead generation engine to qualify and nurture new B2B leads from MQL to closed deals.
  • Provide insights to refine B2B-focused content creation and targeting strategies.
  • Cultivate collaboration between the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Represent Flic at global events and trade shows.
