Job Overview:
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of our enterprise sales through an Account-Based Experience (ABX) approach. This role involves building and maintaining a robust top-of-funnel pipeline, collaborating closely with the marketing team, and working collaboratively with sales and product teams to drive market penetration and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- ABX Approach: Utilize insights and data to tailor interactions and engagements with targeted accounts, enhancing lead quality and conversion rates.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns, amplifying reach and effectiveness within designated territories.
- Lead Follow-Up: Respond promptly to actionable inbound leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Motivation and Innovation: Demonstrate a driven and innovative spirit, thriving under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage key stakeholders within targeted accounts, leveraging insights and data to personalize outreach and communications.
- Campaign Execution Support: Assist in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, providing feedback from the field to refine and improve targeting strategies.
- Sales Qualification: Conduct initial qualification of leads, assessing their fit and potential value before passing them along to Enterprise Sales Directors for further development.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data on leads and interactions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience or proven track record of developing IT sales opportunities within mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with SalesForce, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft preferred.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English languages, both written and verbal.
