At Benify, we are shaping the future of employee benefits technology. We are looking for a talented Benefits Technology Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals and promoting an engaging work atmosphere.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with public sector customers. As a Benefits Technology Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, leading tenders, and negotiating contracts to drive sales processes and ensure compliance with public procurement regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the public sector, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. Native-level Swedish proficiency (spoken and written) and fluency in English are also required.
In this role, you will also:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business within the public sector.
- Prospect and target potential customers, leading to effective meetings and software demonstrations.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, implementing marketing strategies, showcasing software demos, and creating compelling business cases.
- Identify customer needs and craft strategic solutions that align with their business objectives.
