Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in our manufacturing technology solutions division. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building customer relationships, and developing sales strategies to optimize our clients' sales and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with trade fairs, exhibitions, or event sales, with a deep understanding of the solutions and services related to OT, IoT, Automation, Robotics, and Sustainability Management.

  • Sell our services to technology companies and solution providers serving manufacturing technology decision-makers, plant directors, and other relevant leaders.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and goals to position our offerings effectively.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and cold calling).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS

STAY UP-TO-DATE ON THE LATEST TRENDS AND DEVELOPMENTS IN MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

Requirements:

  • Good track record in B2B sales, specifically in trade fairs, exhibitions, or event sales targeting solution providers who serve the manufacturing sector in i.e. OT, IoT, Automation investments, sustainability management, AI, and Machine Learning related solutions, and/or alike.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, and Dutch, Swedish, or German.
