In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative sales support, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven sales experience in B2B IT services sales, preferably in the automation market and towards the FSI, Retail or Manufacturing sectors, with a focus on creating real value for our customers and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
  • Team player, working effectively with internal teams, including customer success, operations, and marketing, to drive success.
  • Industry knowledge, with strong experience with business process automation and relevant market-leading solutions an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Swedish, and Finnish, with other Nordic languages considered a plus.
