Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled business development representative to own and grow B2B relationships with our resellers, distributors, and key retail partners.

The successful candidate will lead B2B campaign planning, develop sales material, optimize pricing and strategy, and coordinate stock and logistics.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and key retail partners.
  • Planning and executing sales campaigns with our resellers, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with our brand and design team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Working on pricing models and strategies to stay competitive while maintaining strong margins.
  • Managing stock turnover with logistics and our warehouse team to ensure our fresh, natural skincare products are sold before their best-before dates.
  • Driving growth in B2B marketplaces, Amazon, or similar platforms.
  • Utilizing previous B2B sales experience in the beauty industry in Sweden or another Northern European market.
