We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to drive growth by building strong, value-driven partnerships with high-potential customers in the Stockholm area.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver growth-focused plans that drive sales and profit targets across the customer portfolio.
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop long-term partnerships by collaborating with internal sales teams, strategic suppliers and support functions.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce to gather insights and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Manage customer commercial terms and pricing agreements within governance guidelines.
- Accountable for managing and growing your customer portfolio.
- Experience of working in a similar position.
- Experience within a multi-channel B2B environment.
- MRO, OEM and/or mechanical, electronic product knowledge and industry awareness.
- Fluent Swedish and communicative English.
- Fully confident in mapping customers and uncovering their potential.
