About The RoleThis role focuses on developing and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
As part of our hybrid working model, this position is based in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users to drive business value.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to unlock growth opportunities.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and sophisticated sales training.
- 7+ years of field experience in quota-carrying roles in fast-paced markets.
- 4+ years in Enterprise SAAS sales with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run complex sales processes.
- Proven ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Skilled in building business champions.
- Driven and competitive with a strong desire for success.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
