Job Title: Enterprise Informatics Zone Leader

As an Enterprise Informatics Zone Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Northern and Eastern Europe zones and countries.

You will lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to create value for customers and deliver growth targets.

This role requires a self-starter mentality, passion for building new customer relationships, and focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales across multiple zones, including direct leadership for the Nordics zone and sales leadership of Benelux and CEE via respective Zone Sales Leaders.
  • Lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to create value for customers and deliver growth targets.
  • Monitor individual performance against targets, provide constructive feedback, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
  • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration.
  • Strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite).
  • Able to articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to various customer profiles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
