Sales Director Northern Europe

Sales growth in Northern and Eastern Europe zones and countries demands a skilled leader. As Zone Sales Leader, you will identify new business opportunities, manage front-line sellers, and foster strong customer relationships.
This role requires a self-starter mentality, passion for building new customer relationships, and focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.
Your Role:- Manage sales across multiple zones, including direct leadership for the Nordics zone and sales leadership of Benelux and CEE via respective Zone Sales Leaders.
- Lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to create value for customers and deliver growth targets.
- Monitor individual performance against targets, provide constructive feedback, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Drive regional sales strategy by understanding and executing Business Unit plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support regional sales strategy and initiatives.
- Develop meaningful customer partnerships by understanding Philips Enterprise Informatics portfolio products.
- Maintain market presence through proper Go to Market focus for each Business Unit.
- Collaborate with Zone/District leaders to implement co-selling initiatives.
- Serve as singular escalation point for all Business Unit solutions/clients in the zone.
- Gather customer signals and serve as voice of customer for Business Unit Leader/Product Manager/Business Unit feedback and direction.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of creating account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
- Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration.
- Strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite).
- Able to articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to various customer profiles.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
