Join Our Team as a Regional Financial Director

We're looking for an experienced Regional Financial Director to lead our financial operations in Northern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies that drive business growth and success.

  1. Develop Strategic Initiatives: Craft and execute business plans that align with our sales goals and drive financial growth.

  2. Mentor and Develop Teams: Provide training and support to divisional and regional managers, ensuring they have the tools and expertise needed to succeed.

  3. Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze market trends, forecast revenue, and create plans that propel us into the future.

  4. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Your Qualifications:

  • A solid background in finance, with at least 5+ years of experience in leasing, equipment financing, or medical device sales.

  • Expertise in financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, and asset finance.

  • A proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a medical equipment leasing company or the financing division of a medical manufacturer.

  • An innate drive to develop new business & create new financing opportunities.

  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a bonus.

  • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

  • Outstanding communication abilities – you'll be the point of contact for key stakeholders, so your ability to convey complex ideas clearly is essential.
