Regional Dealer Relations Director

The Regional Dealer Relations Director will be responsible for leading our dealer performance discussions in Sweden, Norway, and Iceland. This critical role requires a skilled negotiator with excellent leadership abilities, as well as a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a market representation business plan to achieve volume and share growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers and regional teams.
- Conduct market analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive sales or marketing, preferably in the EU region.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
