Automotive Business Expansion Specialist

We seek an exceptional Network Development Manager to play a crucial role in our success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving dealer performance discussions for Share, Sales, CSI, Facility, and Capacity.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a strategic approach to network development, focusing on new dealer partner acquisition in Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.
- Design and execute a Market Representation Business Plan to achieve key goals.
- Implement a comprehensive network plan, optimizing the network's size and efficiency through the BYD network consolidation strategy.
- Manage the Performance Improvement Growth Process at underperforming BYD stores.
- Lead dealership negotiations and related contract/agreement management.
- Ensure seamless alignment of business processes and task roles across all levels and functions.
- Identify top-performing dealers with optimal characteristics.
- Boost dealer profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Promote BYD network development across the region.
- Drive volume and share growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering.
- No less than 8 years of experience in the Automotive industry within the designated regions.
- Proven expertise in business acumen, including financial analysis and dealer performance reporting.
- Background in auto OEM for EU network development.
- Fluent English language skills are necessary.
- Multiple role experiences are highly valued.
