About the Position

We seek an exceptional Network Development Manager to play a crucial role in our success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving dealer performance discussions for Share, Sales, CSI, Facility, and Capacity.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a strategic approach to network development, focusing on new dealer partner acquisition in Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.
  2. Design and execute a Market Representation Business Plan to achieve key goals.
  3. Implement a comprehensive network plan, optimizing the network's size and efficiency through the BYD network consolidation strategy.
  4. Manage the Performance Improvement Growth Process at underperforming BYD stores.
  5. Lead dealership negotiations and related contract/agreement management.
  6. Ensure seamless alignment of business processes and task roles across all levels and functions.
Primary Objectives:
  • Identify top-performing dealers with optimal characteristics.
  • Boost dealer profitability through strategic initiatives.
  • Promote BYD network development across the region.
  • Drive volume and share growth.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering.
  2. No less than 8 years of experience in the Automotive industry within the designated regions.
  3. Proven expertise in business acumen, including financial analysis and dealer performance reporting.
  4. Background in auto OEM for EU network development.
  5. Fluent English language skills are necessary.
  6. Multiple role experiences are highly valued.
