We are looking for a Director of Regional Business Development to drive growth with our largest customers in the Nordics.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team of sales professionals to achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing named accounts.
  • Manage team performance, develop talent, and provide regular coaching.
  • Build strong relationships with customer executives to support the account team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in the enterprise software industry.
  • Experience in the digitalization of enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries globally.
  • Ability to understand and promote Autodesk technologies to maximize sales results.
