As a Regional Business Development Director at TN Sweden, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing complex sales cycles, and maintaining strong relationships with executives and stakeholders.
About This Role
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders
Your Background
- Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally in new business acquisition
- Experience from the SaaS industry and working within business applications or digital transformation space
- Demonstrated success in leading teams within complex sales environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
