Enterprise Sales Director for Nordic and Benelux Regions

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Director for the Nordic and Benelux regions. As a member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion across multiple regions.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience, preferably in software or medical products.
  • A proven track record of creating and executing account plans to achieve sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
  • Experience managing a sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities to deliver on results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
