Sales Strategy Leader for Zone 2

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Strategy Leader for Zone 2. As a member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Cultivate strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the sales team to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.

You'll Be Successful If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience, preferably in software or medical products.
  • A proven track record of creating and executing account plans to achieve sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
  • Experience managing a sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities to deliver on results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
