Enterprise Sales Director for Nordic and Benelux Regions

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Strategy Leader for Zone 2. As a member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the sales team to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
You'll Be Successful If You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience, preferably in software or medical products.
- A proven track record of creating and executing account plans to achieve sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
- Experience managing a sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities to deliver on results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
