Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales cycles from lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Nurture existing business relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on regional initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local distributors and customers.
  • Regular travel within the Benelux Region (approximately 50-70 days annually).

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English fluency is essential; French and Swedish are beneficial.
