Overview
Focused on driving growth and expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Area Sales Manager to join our high-performing Benelux Division. This role involves leveraging technical expertise to secure sales of advanced fire prevention systems to customers in the process industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales leadership: Manage sales from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Business development: Nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Marketing support: Collaborate with local marketing teams on trade shows and seminars.
- Partnerships: Foster strong connections with distributors and customers in the Benelux Region.
- Travel: Regular travel to the Benelux Region, approximately 50-70 days annually.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales engineering.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex technologies.
- Business acumen and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- English fluency is essential, with French and Swedish being beneficial.
