Overview

Focused on driving growth and expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Area Sales Manager to join our high-performing Benelux Division. This role involves leveraging technical expertise to secure sales of advanced fire prevention systems to customers in the process industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales leadership: Manage sales from initial contact to successful deal closure.
  • Business development: Nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Marketing support: Collaborate with local marketing teams on trade shows and seminars.
  • Partnerships: Foster strong connections with distributors and customers in the Benelux Region.
  • Travel: Regular travel to the Benelux Region, approximately 50-70 days annually.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales engineering.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex technologies.
  • Business acumen and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • English fluency is essential, with French and Swedish being beneficial.
