Commercial Lead for Benelux Markets

Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic Benelux Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and customers.
- Travel regularly throughout the Benelux Region (approximately 50-70 days annually).
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English fluency is essential; French and Swedish are beneficial.
