About this Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you play a crucial part in our retail organization. Electrolux Home operates in two main areas: shop-in-shop locations and franchise stores across Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop sales and profitability on Electrolux brands within Home & Shop for all partners.
- Support and advise franchisees and store staff during store layout changes, campaigns, remodels, and new store openings.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with franchisees by building close partnerships and understanding their needs.
- Create a tailored range to optimize commercial offers, driving sales and profitability for all stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and advisory services to ensure franchisees have the necessary tools and resources.
- Analyze competition and share insights to optimize range width and depth in line with concept and market potential.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in a similar role, preferably from retail or a commercial background.
- A good track record in commercial roles, with experience in white goods or kitchen sales being an asset.
- Experience in relationship-building sales, backed by data and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-motivation with a drive to achieve results.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to improving business performance.
- Fluency in Swedish is essential, with very good English language skills required.
