Job Description

As our Senior Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success. You will plan and participate in strategic business negotiations and deals, acting as a member of the international commercial leadership team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Ensure efficient and profitable planning and delivery of sales strategies, leading and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  2. New Business Integration: Manage and integrate new business into Sweden, excelling overall business performance.
  3. Internal Communication: Manage effective internal communication within the function and intra-connected to support functions.
  4. Sales Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success.
  5. Strategic Negotiations: Plan and participate in strategic business negotiations and deals.

The successful candidate will have genuine experience in sales leadership, primarily in B2B industries, a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability, and strong leadership skills. They will also have a strong strategic and commercial acumen, fluency in Swedish and English, and experience managing a P&L in a competitive market.
