  • 15+ years of progressive commercial experience with a track record in growth and EBITDA improvements.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in end-responsible roles, with P&L responsibility, managing an MT and leading cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of experience managing operations in 4+ countries.
  • Fluency in English and a 2nd language (e.g. German).

  • Ability to drive impactful changes through compelling communication and creating natural buy-in.
