As the Market Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to establish a strong and sustainable presence in the Oslo market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute strategic plans to create a sustainable presence in the Oslo market.
  • Build trustful relationships with key clients, negotiate, and close high-impact deals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to adjust strategies effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations, aligning with the company's long-term strategy and supporting regional initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize regional activities.
  • Work closely with Nordic region and global teams to share best practices and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a founder's mentality and a passion for achieving results.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian is essential, and fluent English is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree (BSc) or a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Resilient, adaptable, collaborative, and dynamic, with a competitive mindset and strong organizational skills.
