  • Strong commercial sales experience with a proven track record in similar field-based sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Norwegian.
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with electronic access control systems and technical products.
