As the Market Lead for Norway, you will be responsible for establishing a strong and sustainable presence in the Oslo market. This role requires a driven and entrepreneurial individual who can build trustful relationships with key clients and negotiate high-impact deals.

- Proven background in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a founder's mentality and a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency in Norwegian is essential, and fluent English is required.
- A Bachelor's degree (BSc) or a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
