TN Sweden is seeking a Regional Business Leader to lead our Northern Europe Region, covering five countries - Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to drive commercial growth, exceed targets and build long-term strategic relationships with key partners.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships. They will also have excellent negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a cross-border team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Define and implement sales strategies to increase revenue through commercial actions and partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and leverage business and market intelligence to maximize leisure revenue.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to optimize revenue and presence in the market.
  • Distribution Channel Alignment: Improve alignment of key distribution channels with Qatar Airways' distribution strategy.
  • B2B Strategies: Formulate and implement B2B strategies with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts and drive new business streams.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Building: Negotiate partner incentive agreements and develop long-term strategic relationships.
  • Project Management: Manage sales projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders in head office and region.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of job-related experience in airlines, travel, transport or hospitality.
  • Leadership Experience: Strong leadership experience, proven ability to manage, motivate and mentor a cross-border team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Dedicated problem-solving and team player skills, confident in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of airline processes, systems and the travel industry.
  • Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Sales Force and Tableau is beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is essential.
