Key Responsibilities

As our Commercial Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and profitability in Sweden. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient sales strategies, managing new business integration, internal communication, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring efficient and profitable planning and delivery of sales strategies.
  2. Managing and integrating new business into Sweden.
  3. Leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
  4. Participating in strategic business negotiations and deals.
  5. Acting as a member of the international commercial leadership team and contributing to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth.

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with genuine experience in B2B industries, a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic and commercial acumen, fluency in Swedish and English, and experience managing a P&L in a competitive market.
