Commercial Excellence Leader

We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Leader to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across our business units. You will develop and execute our commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and ensure financial sustainability.
You will lead financial planning, analyze business performance, and manage key commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing our Group strategy for business growth
- Owning long-term financial planning and analysis in support of approved Group strategy
- Financial modeling to assess the viability of projects and opportunities
- Analyzing business performance, including profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold
- Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget
- Managing commercial agreements, including MoU's, LOI's, and working with the Marketing team to analyze and manage commercial elements
- Leading role in advising and managing pricing for commercial agreements
- Providing pricing analysis to guide off-take discussions and developing pricing tools and templates to consider different products, order sizes, customers, etc.
- Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise, including stakeholders' adherence to and understanding of contractual obligations
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing team to build and maintain customer relationships
- Developing business cases, analysis, and Board papers relevant to your role
- Providing commercial expertise and acting as our contact for Independent Technical Experts
- Providing commercial expertise and support to the Procurement function
You will also conduct financial modeling to assess the feasibility of new projects and business opportunities, providing insights that guide strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with business unit managers to drive financial performance and efficiency, ensuring all contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget.
