In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Managers, developing and implementing a commercially responsible team strategy to enhance revenue and achieve business and sales targets.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Software Sales Management in SaaS business.
- Knowledge of Digital Industry Software Solutions and sales processes/methodologies.
- Strong skills in presentation, communication, facilitation, and collaboration.
- Shown expertise in customer leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making based on CRM systems SFDC.
