Commercial Lead for Scandinavia

TN Sweden is seeking a Commercial Lead for Scandinavia to expand our sales presence in the region.
Working closely with existing customers, you will identify new business opportunities to enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with key customers across Scandinavia.
- Optimize product offerings to meet customer needs.
- Develop new customer accounts while supporting existing ones.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with corporate management to meet regional goals.
- Travel frequently throughout Scandinavia for customer visits and occasional trips to the USA for training and collaboration.
- Represent TN Sweden at industry exhibitions and trade shows across Europe as necessary.
- Proven experience in B2B/Industrial sales within Scandinavia.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language required.
- Ability to manage and develop major customer accounts.
- Strong prospecting skills and a demonstrated track record of closing sales.
- Independent decision-making and demonstration of initiative.
- Market analysis, sales planning, and budget management experience.
- Strong organizational skills with task prioritization and target achievement.
- Williness to travel extensively and participate in US-based training.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to mentorship.
- Excellent communication skills for customer and colleague interaction.
