Country Commercial Lead

As a Country Commercial Lead, you will play a vital part in driving our commercial success in Sweden. We are seeking an experienced professional to provide financial leadership and support to our Country Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive integrity in financial and business decisions while contributing to developing and executing business strategies that meet customer expectations and increase shareholder value.
Main Responsibilities
You will act as a business partner to the Country Sales Manager, managing and conducting regular reviews of month-end actuals deliverables, rolling forecast, and budget with the Regional Management Team. You will also head up the collection, analysis, presentation, and distribution of financial information required by the Regional Management Team. Additionally, you will monitor and audit customer reimbursements, related contracts, and ensure full compliance in accounting records. Furthermore, you will conduct regular business reviews, set benchmarking, offer audits, cash flow analysis, and profitability reviews on customer and product level. Finally, you will prepare and analyze income statement and balance sheet reporting for month-end activities, rolling forecast, and budget for the related commercial activities within the region.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong technical and analytical skills, including working proficiency with MS Excel, SAP, and other financial systems. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and functions. You should also demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, accountability, and drive for results. Strong intrinsic motivation, positive charisma, and pro-active mindset are essential qualities for this role.
