Commercial Operations Lead

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial operations of Soundly at Epidemic Sound.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales strategies, analyse market trends, and create value propositions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Soundly's presence.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to inform sales decisions.
- Design and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish key relationships.
- Lead the customer sales cycle, from initial contact to successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Epidemic Sound sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and large-scale deals.
- Share knowledge on Soundly through training, customer meetings, and internal knowledge-sharing.
- Partner with other departments to achieve company objectives, including customer satisfaction, product development, and product-market fit.
- Establish a framework for the coexistence of Epidemic Sound's Enterprise offering and Soundly, including pricing strategies and value propositions.
- Contribute to company OKRs to ensure achievement of initiatives, processes, and programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Achieve and surpass annual sales targets.
