The responsibilities of this role include:
- Strategic Planning & Vision: Develop and implement a strategic plan for Sweden's commercial operations and sales processes in collaboration with the Area Director.
- Commercial Targets: Deliver key financial targets, including Net Sales, Operating Profit, DSI, and DSO, as set by the Area Director and Group Commercial Director.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Lead business planning, forecasting, and priority setting in Sweden to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Leadership & Culture: Provide strong and inspirational leadership, fostering a high-performance sales team through coaching, development, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the retail industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across all functions—including Supply Chain, Product Development, and other key areas—to ensure seamless operations and support.
