Enterprise Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Stockholm.
This role will involve developing and managing a team of Account Executives to sell Workday's applications into large enterprise customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving account development, pipeline generation, and territory management, while maintaining excellent relationships with executives and negotiating contracts.
About This Role
- Lead and coach a team of highly skilled Account Executives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Your Background
- Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally in new business acquisition
- Experience from the SaaS industry and working within business applications or digital transformation space
- Demonstrated success in leading teams within complex sales environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
