We are seeking an experienced Head of Inhouse Sales to join our team, who will be responsible for leading our B2C sales channel and driving growth in a competitive market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and increasing profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, developing and executing the overall sales strategy, and working closely with other channel managers to achieve common goals.

You will also be responsible for coaching and empowering the team to achieve their objectives, and analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Manage and coach the inhouse sales team to achieve their objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Swedish and good English skills
