Job Overview

The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing trade marketing activities across assigned channels, categories, customers, and brands. This individual will act as a key liaison between the Marketing department, Retail team, and Commercial teams to drive brand visibility, ensure alignment with marketing strategies, and optimize promotional investments to achieve sales and budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Trade Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate brand strategies into comprehensive trade marketing plans that enhance brand awareness and drive sell-out.
  2. Account Management: Implement tailored trade marketing plans for assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities and defining promotional activities for both online and offline channels.
  3. Execution & Performance Monitoring: Manage the execution of trade marketing initiatives, ensuring efficiency and competitiveness, and monitor performance data to refine strategies and improve results.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with sales teams to align trade marketing tools and strategies with business objectives and coordinate the delivery of materials and insights from the Marketing team to support trade initiatives.
Education and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
  • Experience in creation and follow-up of omnichannel trade plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.
