Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Index Solutions Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and prospects, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Achieve Revenue and Renewal Goals by Identifying and Closing Index Sales Opportunities with Existing Clients and Prospects.
  2. Grow ISS-STOXX Market Share, Recognition, and Perception within the Investment Management and Asset Owner Community.
  3. Cultivate Relationships with Asset Owners and Consultants.
  4. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to Meet or Exceed Performance Targets.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities.
  6. Provide Excellent Customer Service to Existing Clients and Prospects.
Requirements
  • A Minimum of 5-7 Years' Experience Working within Institutional Sales and Relationship Management Specifically with Index-Related Products.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree with a Background in Finance, Economics, or Other Related Discipline is Preferred.
  • Demonstrated Track Record of Business Development and Revenue Generation either Selling Directly or through Strategic Partners.
  • Strong Multi-Tasking Skills, with Expert Judgment to Help Set Priorities.
