Senior Sales Development Manager

Drive business development across Nordic markets for our STOXX and DAX index solutions.

This role requires a proven track record in selling index-based solutions, strong financial expertise, and a passion for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics.

Cultivate relationships with Asset Owners and Consultants to grow market share, recognition, and perception among investment managers and asset owners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing index sales opportunities
  2. Assess index-based market opportunities, define sales plans, and discuss with management
  3. Collaborate with ISS BDR and Marketing teams to develop products and marketing strategies
  4. Record client interactions and meeting information into the CRM system

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in institutional sales and relationship management with index-related products
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA certification is advantageous
  3. Proven business development and revenue generation experience, either direct sales or through partners
  4. Strong relationship and project management skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines
