Tech Service Advocate
We're seeking a highly skilled Technology Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clients: Build trust with clients through excellent communication and issue resolution skills.
- Orders: Partner with clients to take and fulfill orders efficiently and effectively.
- Assets: Manage a portfolio of digital assets, including domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business, to help protect and secure clients' global internet brands.
- Growth: Identify new revenue streams and enhancements to product offerings to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Service Support teams to complete internal and external customer orders.
- Development: Assist Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
- Insights: Stay informed about industry changes and communicate new product offerings to clients.
- Data: Analyze customer data to make informed business decisions.
- Demos: Deliver online demonstrations for clients and sales staff.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaboration: Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organization: Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Proven track record of delivering high-quality results with attention to detail.
- Integrity: Direct, open, and honest in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
