About the Role

We are looking for a talented Cloud Service Advocate to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Sweden Branch). As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption and use of AWS cloud services among our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging your knowledge of AWS services and technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leaders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on best practices for using AWS services, optimizing performance, and reducing costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role, preferably in the cloud computing industry.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and technologies, as well as other cloud offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
