Cloud Technical Partnership Manager

As a Cloud Technical Partnership Manager at Amazon, you will play a key role in helping Enterprise Support customers maximize the value from cloud technology. This involves crafting and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services, providing advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
The close relationships developed with customers enable the identification of business/operational needs and technical challenges, allowing for provision of tailored support and guidance to achieve the greatest value from AWS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate on behalf of the customer.
- Maintain operational health of AWS environments while reducing costs and complexity.
- Foster trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management utilizing technical acumen and customer obsession.
- Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
- Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud.
