Key Objectives

The Head of Retention will focus on achieving the following key objectives:

  • Increase customer retention and enhance customer lifetime value through comprehensive CRM and Marketing Automation strategies.
  • Drive business growth by refining customer segmentation and targeting approaches.
  • Optimize marketing automation tool integration and process to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of CRM and Marketing Automation professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze critical metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention strategies.
  • Enhance cross-sell activities to boost retention rates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM and marketing automation strategy development and execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
